Are you serious? They're not talking about as a head coach. Doug has scouting, front office and coaching experience.

They are talking about him reuniting with Gruden. He's coached with Gruden in Tampa. The original poster somehow though they were talking about Doug Williams getting a head coaching job in the NFL.
