I can't see it being Richt. UGA is a way better job. I guess it could be bad blood, as eluded to earlier.

I pray that this deal gets done tonight. The benefits of Sherman's talent evaluation and 2012 class are on shaky ground as long as we don't have someone in place.

Richt has a schedule that should have UGA competing for a national title next year. He would be really dumb to leave unless he is truly not happy at UGA anymore. Peterson would shock me but my hat is off if they lure him in.

They won't beat the west rep in the SECCG so national title hopes are not a good reason to stick around.

But both (Richt, Petersen) seem to be very interested and rumor is just north of $4M. Sumlin still very much in play but for far less money

Richt has had no contact with A&M, so I would imagine he is not interested. His agent was contacted but thats about it.

Not exactly true. Some say he was extended an offer. I can't imagine him leaving UGA for A&M, but it's foolish to think - given his perpetual hot seat - that he wouldnt/didnt listen.
