Would be like the absurd Covid vaccination policy on steroids. Non woke ticket holders, boosters, and donors would really be excited about getting Mel Tucker for a salary of around 7 million a year.

Why is this a surprise? Most knew this was a real possibility and wanted O gone anyway. LSU fans got what they wanted with O being fired and should have expected this. Let’s give Tucker a shot now.

You're still the only person I've seen claim that Tucker was ever an option for LSU.

He wasn't on anybody's radar until Feldman's tweet yesterday. And for good reason.

Getting triggered over bullshite rumors that clearly aren't true because we may hire a black guy to be our head coach is peak tigerdroppings. I've heard "woke" more times in the past week from this site alone than in the rest of my life combined.

I don't see it happening. If Franklin says no there are way too many more qualified candidates in front of him that it would be a blatant affirmative action hire. To put a dude who isn't as qualified as other coaches at the helm of a program that rakes in 100+ millions of dollars won't sit well with anyone.
