Those are pretty fundamental. He could have added, "9. Uses good oral hygiene. 10. Changes his underwear every day. 11. Doesn't trip old ladies as they walk across the street."

Note: Just saying he gave a statement that shed absolutely no light onto the coaching search. And, that is not a bad thing to do. Don't give anybody any clue as to what you are doing, but say something without saying anything.
