Oh, so these are a couple of offense gurus that just happen to be getting kinda old? Yeah, well, maybe we can work with that. Oh no, one is a guy who hasn't been an offensive coordinator in 20 years and had been fired a couple of times as an O.C. The other was an O.C. for a short while and now considers himself a passing game expert/consultant.

This debacle is about the damndest thing I've ever heard of.

If we're gonna go this route, I rather can O and hire Jim Mora. Get Pete Jenkins back on staff. See if we can get Lou Holtz and Monte Kiffin on the staff in some capacity.

They could make a movie about it someday.

I don't think ensminger is close to be being 70 yrs old.

I peg him at about 59 or 60. big difference.

Most large physician and law practice groups have mandatory retirement at 65. Think about it.

You're right, thank you, I stand corrected on that; HOWEVER, my main point is this ain't Spurrier we're talking about. This is a guy that hasn't been an O.C. in 20 years and was actually unsuccessful as an O.C. This is pitiful.

Would you rather a 20 year old?

Whats the min 40 time required to coordinate?

Well you can stop posting it because it’s pointless and dumb.

Oh come on!!!! The point is Coach Ensminger was not successful as an O.C. (two different stints: FIRED).

I don't like SE's hire as OC but it's not his age. in fact, he probably outworks people half his age. I just don't think he's the best we could have done and I wanted a passing and QB guru.

First off, I hope all is well. Second, it’s undeniable and clear in the literature that older docs, in particular, make more mistakes and lack the most up to date treatment skills.

I like your comment except I know it isn’t true being on the end of 60’s.
