If rumors are true there’s strong consideration for adding a ST Coordinator, which side of the ball loses a position coach?
OFFENSE
QB - Sloan?
TE - Nagle? Vacant*
OL - Davis
RB - Wilson
WR - Hankton
DEFENSE
DL - Davis
Edge - Peoples? Vacant*
LB - (Baker?)
CB - Raymond? Vacant*
S - Rushing? Vacant*
As much as they’ve invested on defense, I’d assume it would come on that side of the ball. Maybe Raymond as DB coach taking the entire secondary.

My guess is that the TE coach will be the ST coach. TE coaches usually have more duties than just TEs. If it's Nagle, ST is probably the best fit with his background.

It is possible he gets elevated to OC/QB, maybe Frank RB/RGC and Hankton WR/PGC? That frees up a slot for a dedicated ST coach right there.

If we do get Raymond and Rushing, LSU will have an ace recruiter at every single position. I think it would be the best staff top to bottom since 2003. Maybe the coordinators are less proven but on a position by position basis, we have the best of the best.
