Aviendha is a red head.
Elayne is “red-gold” which has led to confusion throughout the years. I’ve always seen her as a strawberry blonde.

Being a bit of a baw, I'd be hard pressed to tell the difference between strawberry blonde and red. I certainly am pleased with the congruence of my minds eye and the casting
But, in retrospect, my mental vision of Aviendha is far more classic redhead, so I will concede the point
I expect her casting job to be a total fitness model athletic smoke show

I meant I’ve always seen Elayne as strawberry blonde. Meaning more blonde then red, or very very very lightly red.
With Aviendha being a very ginger redhead.

Kate Beckinsale is literally the perfect Lanfear casting.
