I hope they let Eugene die before the group figures him out so no one who watches the show will ever know what happened with him in the comics. :)

Doubt that happens. They are building him up on the show as being important just to create an atmosphere for the let down when he is proven a fraud.
Still is a smart move by Eugene from a survival standpoint. If he wasn't able to convince others to protect him, he would have died long ago.

I agree. It was a good decision on his part but maybe a little short-sighted. He was lucky in the comics that he wasn't killed once the group found him out.

I just thought of something.
With Carol and Tyrese getting together in one group they may be setting up a Carol/Tyrese love interest situation where Carol goes all "death by zombie" like she did in the comics. That would be awesome. I was a little disappointed they didn't go that route while everyone was in the prison.

What the hell can I do? It's not like I'm an admin or anything. As far as I know, the closest to an admin in that thread is Cocomo. He's either an undercover admin or has connections and pull with an admin. So, good luck with that.
I'd recommend either keeping all posts in this thread or refraining from any reference to the comics, even very slight ones. Some of the nonreaders are very sensitive about this topic, which is why I created the Middle Ground thread for GoT last season.
eta: As far as not saying anything during the spoiler argument, I've been through that enough times already to know it won't end well. I just try to steer discussion back to the show.

I think it's certainly possible that the refuge could be a trap set by the Hunters. It's also possible the group that inadvertently invaded Rick's temporary home in this week's episode will end up being part of the Hunters' group.
