re: The Walking Dead Official Comics and Speculation Thread ***Spoilers***

I just said in the After thread that I think instead of killing somebody next week the special guest for Talking Dead will be Michael Cudlitz who is playing Abraham Ford. Abraham is a pretty major character for the GN and the relatively high profile of Michael Cudlitz (solid B plus lister and great character actor) suits this. Especially since none of the spoilers are hinting at any type of major death next week. We do know we are getting Abraham, Eugene, and Rosita. We know they are going to meet Glenn. From the clips we've seen either Glenn got off the bus before it drove off, or he returned with the bus to the prison. Either way I feel most of the old people and kids that weren't the "commando" kids (the ones with Tyreese) are fairly dark red (like Crimson) red shirts. Its possible they all died in the hiatus.

But that is the weird thing about the introduction of Abraham/Eugene/Rosita. They are very very high profile characters that stay around for a long time in the GN. They are all very popular with large fanbases (of the GN Cosplays Abraham is 4th after Rick GN Governor and Michonne at conventions)

We've gotten one still photo of Cudlitz in character but that is it. We got more promo pictures/video of the Governor and Michonne than we have of Abraham's group. They've not been including in any other photos and not in the promos at all. We don't even know what TV Eugene (Josh McDermitt) and TV Rosita (Christian Serratos) look like in Character. And they are being introduced this week. McDermitt and Serratos have blatantly refused to talk about their characters at all via their Twitter accounts. Cudlitz tweets about 4 times an hour concerning his role. He was also the first of the three cast and was cast a long time before the others. Anyone who follows the fan sites knows he showed up "in character" at Comic Con this summer and cussed out Norman Reedus and Andrew Lincoln in an obvious publicity stunt. He acted at first as a raving mad fan.

Anyone else drawing a blank as to why we haven't seen anything at all about the characters than what we've gotten so far?

Terminus is definitely either Alexandria or the Hunters camp

A place called "Terminus" in the ZA would make me nervous.

I really hope this is the third group. I'm thinking they come to the rescue because Dwight knows where they are.

I don't see a problem injecting a new group into the series but I'd really hate to see Negan be the end of Rick.

Man its though dealing with the non com readers and their belief that Eugene is legit when we know otherwise.

I thought the guys in the house were going to be the Hunters. Also I have to say I think it's cool that Michonne is opening up to Carl instead of Rick. Also it's going to be interesting to see if Michonne hangs up her sword for that short period of time.



Oh and I hope Darryl dies next week just to see people go ape shite.
