Got Audible subscription for Christmas and as a traveling sales guy in my car all day, I've really enjoyed it.
I'm 6 weeks in and have already gone through 6 books. Curious if you guys have read these and what your thoughts are.
Tim Feriss- 4 Hour Workweek- 8/10
Mark Manson- Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck- 7/10
James Smith- Not a Diet Book- 9/10- Highly recommend
Anthony Bourdain- Kitchen Confidential- 9/10
Chris Voss- Never Split the Difference- 6/10- Disappointed in this one
Bog Iger- The Ride of a Lifetime- 9.5/10- My fav so far
I highly recommend the Bob Iger book. its fantastic and love hearing about the behind the scenes talks with Steve Jobs on Pixar deal and Lucas with the Star Wars deal.

Read the Anthony Bourdain book a long time ago. Excellent book. Did he do the reading on audible, or is it just some actor or something? I’m not familiar with audible

Yes that was the best part. He read it and really got animated telling the stories.

Ritz and Escoffier: The Hotelier, The Chef, and the Rise of the Leisure Class
Best audiobook I've ever listened to. The narrator has the most amazing voice and the content is fascinating

What did you not like about Never Split the Difference? I thought it was great and I re-read it on occasion. Am I missing something or is the information misguided? Genuinely asking.

Never Split the Difference was excellent. As a trained mediator I thought it gave sound advice for negotiations, professional and personal.

Never Split... was one of the best I have read recently. I also go back to it occasionally.

The narrator makes all the difference. Some voices just work for me and some don’t.
