Those were an awesome format. So much so that the BrouHaHa at Tulane once did an issue in that format.

Oh, man. I read those 40 years ago, and I still remember the one with the car rally race across Africa, the one as the captain of a ship at sea, and the one onboard an alien spaceship.

Robinson Crusoe for me ... and I've collected various Editions over the years since. Still one of my all time favorite books. The first time I read it I was nine years old.
