Very easy reads
Liked the series
I also read the entire series in just a few months
The books also all build on each other .

I picked up the new book today. Looking forward to starting it on a plane ride to the west coast this weekend.

Carr is surprisingly a good author. He has a great flow to his storytelling, and he is a very competent wordsmith. You can tell he has read very many books throughout his life by the way he writes. What makes his books so engaging though is the real life experiences and expertise he brings to his novels. They feel real, and the way he sprinkles lesser known historical events and "conspiracy theories" into his texts is enlightening. I loved the ride and the awareness it brought to me, and I am definitely excited to dig into the next one.

Just left a book signing with him here in KC. Great guy and was very engaging. I especially liked when he talked about his writing process/research etc. Very detailed.

I'm enjoying it. I just started on Friday. Haven't gotten to a lot of action yet but you can tell the set up is going to be worth it I think.
