Fantasy/Sci-fi series recommendation?

Apologies if this could have gone in another established thread, but looking for recommendations for myself and my wife to a lesser degree. I travel a ton for work so I’ve gotten big into Audible and am looking for some recommendations according to what we’ve listened to recently:
First Law series - absolutely loved
Red Rising - started a little young adult and Hunger Games-ish but ended up great. My wife did not like the later books due to some uncomfortable portions.
Original Sword of Shannarah series - always been a big fan of the original four.
I’ve seen a lot of people recommend Dungeon Crawler Carl and Stormlight Archives. Anything else in this vein y’all would recommend? I’m still chasing the high from the First Law trilogy if I’m being honest.

Three body problems:is great, good entry to outer space Sci-Fi as it explains some of the ideas behind the science for space travel
The Expanse: solid series stays good throughout but is is 9 books. Likeable characters
Hyperion: excellent series, reads quickly. Opening portion in first book is incredible, worth reading even if you don't planning on reading the rest of the books. First book is mostly a collection of short stories about the main character's backgrounds, and The Priests's is a page turner.
Currently reading necromancer of the Sprawl Series. I've loved it so far.
And of course the GOAT, Stephen King. More Horror I guess but the Dark Tower series has to be listed in any greatest series of Sci Fi. First book is a bit slow but picks up dramatically from there.

If you are looking for gritty Abercrombie style stuff:
Sebastian De Castell Greatcoats series (and Spellslinger series)
Ryan Cahill's The bound and the broken series
Mark Lawrence Prince of Thorns series and Red Queen's War series
The band series by Nicholas Eames
Robb J Hayes is basically Abercrombie light
Other good stuff:
Jon Gwynne Faithful and the Fallen and sequel series
Brian McClellan Powder Mage series and follow-up
Will Wight (anything but particularly Cradle)
Bryce O'Connor's Warformed Stormweaver are Red Rising adjacent and excellent.
And of course as you mentioned Dungeon crawler carl

I’m on book 3 of the Sun Eater Series by Christopher Ruocchio and it’s one of the best space opera/sci-fi books I’ve ever read. The series takes a little while to get going, but once it does, hold on.
Huge Red Rising fan, so you’ve got that covered.
Obviously, anything by Sanderson is worth a read, especially Mistborn/Wax and Wayne.

Big fan of John Ringo. He's mostly combat sci-fi, if that's your thing.

The standalones and the Age of Madness trilogy are awesome as well if you haven't read them yet. Red Country and the Heroes were my two favorites from all 9 of the books. It's hard to pick though because they're all pretty much on the same level.

The Bobiverse series is a must-listen on audible. Written by Dennis E. Taylor and narrated by one of the best - Ray Porter.
Ray also narrated Project Hail Mary and I think it’s his best work. Written by Andy Weir (The Martian)

This looks super interesting and has been getting a lot of praise in the fantasy community (despite being a bit under the radar). I’ve been waiting for the final book to come out so I can binge everything in one go.
Ditto for suneater which seems to be on the level of red rising which means it could be goatish

Not a bad play with fantasy series in general these days really. It's definitely a fantastic series though.
I really need to check out suneater at some point.

Did you read the stand alone books that are set in the First Law Universe?
Best Served Cold
The Heroes
Red Country
What about the second trilogy, Age of Madness?
Abercrombie also wrote the Shattered Sea Trilogy, which isn't as gritting as First Law, but was still pretty good.

Thanks for all the recs!
I tried the Age of Madness trilogy and quit about midway through the second book, it just wasn’t doing it for me. I’ll probably try the standalone books.
