Maybe. The casting thing was speculation from other sites based on the fact that they are casting fairly heavily for Dorne and seem to be emphasizing Dorne, King's Landing and the Wall. They may still cast Euron and Victarian, who knows?
If they are going to cut an entire POV, it should be Quentyn. As far as I can tell he really only served to reveal the pact with Dorne and to provide a POV to show what was happening with Astapor and Yunkai. They could find ways to do that without him. Doran could fill in the part about the pact and they could make some slight alterations to Tyrion's POV to give eyes to what's going on outside of Merreen.

I'm thinking Quentyn could be cut as well. And I don't mind because I disliked his chapters.

I had a hard time reading his chapters in Dance...At one point it took me 4 nights to get through one of them because I'd fall asleep while reading it.

I'm thinking they could get through the I.I. AFFC storyline really quickly. As for Dorne, I think it won't take up much time either. But I could picture D&D wanting to show Arianne naked in every episode so who knows.

the way things seem to be going season 5 is just going to be about Jaime and Cersi with them giving Dorne 10 minutes of pointless screen time like they did with Dany

Don't forget Jon...I could see them having the Wall storyline in all 10 episodes in S5 instead of the usual 8.
I'm hoping they cut back Dany's storyline in S5 and only give her 4 episodes or so. And no Missandei Grey Worm scenes.

Let's face facts..they are going to rape the rest of this show and the books from here on out.
