ETA: how can LF go out the Moondoor when they're not even at the Eyrie? And LF isn't going to die in the Vale IMO.
Yeah, no way he makes it as far as he has and just gets tattled on by Sansa at the beginning of the next book.

I think that's an overrated notion. Tyrion should be able to train dragons, so I see no reason why he shouldn't be able to ride one, despite his Targaryen blood status.
But Jorah? Lol, no. I'd say that Jaime and Arya are more likely to be dragon riders than Jorah.

Not to this guy, dragons are in the friend zone

If Jon does die, which I think he will, I'm curious who he comes back as. Also it's heavily implied Shireen will be needed to sacrifice not Sam Jr

You don't think he'll come back as Jon?

His watch can only end if he dies. I guess he can technically come back as Jon but wouldn't his watch just pick up again?

I have to say, if Jaime goes back to Dorne next season instead of the Riverlands I'll be bummed, since 2 of my favorite quotes come from that arc: just dissing the Freys
"The Twins took up the Young Wolf's cause as well, then you betrayed him. That makes you twice as treacherous as Piper."
"But... Where should I go?"
"To hell or home, as you prefer."
Apparently Ryman chose hell.

Just finished the hedge knight. Good book.

So they have casted Tristane, Doran, Areo Hotah, and the three main sand snakes.....but no Arianne?

I'd imagine that Arianne will be a main character, to where casting will be a bit more rigorous and time consuming with her.

I heard they're making Areo Hotah black.

They are looking for black actors to play him

Here's an interesting interview with HBO's president of programming Michael Lombardo.
LINK
When George R.R. Martin said that he might extend the Game of Thrones series to eight books, did that make you delighted or horrified?
Lombardo: Delighted beyond comprehension.
Really?
Lombardo: Yes. I'm a huge fan, I mean [blanches; he could not possibly articulate his love of the show] I am a huge fan, I am a Game of Thrones geek. It's a show I'm depressed I have to work on because it means I have to read the outlines before I experience it in real time.
The whole production seems so daunting that I didn't know if an eighth book would be considered one more obstacle.
Lombardo: No, no. Honestly, I mean, the thought that we would end it [is upsetting] — by the way, there's so many stories left to tell, I just hope [showrunners] Dan [B. Weiss] and David [Benioff] are still game.

Not sure I'm following. Are you saying he will take another name? Or actually be a different person with different memories, personalities, etc. Or something like Dondarion/Stoneheart?
I think he'll be the same person - otherwise it wouldn't really make a lot of sense to bring him back. Now he may be legitimized by either Stannis or by Robb's earlier decree and thus take the name Jon Stark.

Psych and I are too far now though.

I thought him being in another body was the only way for his watch to end. But technically dying does that

Btw I'll be pissed if The Hound loses Clegane Bowl

IMO he won't lose it. RS needs to be put to "rest".
