I think we can safely narrow it down to two people: Littlefinger or Varys. For both of their plans to fully succeed, Myrcella needs to be dead. They both need the Dornishmen fighting against the Lannisters, and the quickest way to that is killing Myrcella. Whoever attempted it will attempt again, and Myrcella will be dead early on in the books in order to force the Martells' hand.
dang I don't know if that's all true, but that answer is great
We figure the Martell army is huge 50000 what numbers do the Vale army have. Are they gonna get into the War?

Both of these untapped armies will be for sure. The Dornishmen will be used to liberate the Reach from the Ironborn, much to the Reach's cringe. Littlefinger on the other hand will use the Vale army to march west towards the Twins, under the disguise that they're there to help them and secure the Riverlands/North. Instead Littlefinger will massacre the Twins and have Sansa be proclaimed "The Queen in the North". From there Littlefinger will march North in order to proclaim "Sansa's Kingdom".

The Vale and Dorne armies should be in the best shape as they haven't seen any battles yet.

That would be so dope.
Fixed a small geographical error- Vale army would go west toward the Twins, not east

A good army is like a good steak; it needs to be a bit bloodied.

And either Jon, Bran, and/or Rickon will thwart his plans. It's going to be great to see Littlefinger and Varys's plans blow up in their faces; Winter is Coming.

Those two don't have finite plans, they both are master contingency planners so it's almost impossible for anything to blow up in their faces. Something may not go their way but they find ways to use that misfortune to their advantage down the road.
The only way they lose is if they die, that's the way the game is played.

And neither will be alive at the end of the series

They still have a single thing their plans hinge on. Varys hinges on Aegon being alive and his true birth being unknown. Littlefinger's hinges in Sansa being alive and all of her siblings being dead. If the reverse happens for either character, then they're fricked.

Varys still has Dany to fall back on

I'm not real familiar with the Faego or varys=black tyre theories. I need to read up on those.
I thought it was funny that in GoT Varys is telling illyrio that he wasn't ready for chaos and at the end of dance he tells Kevan he doesn't want stability

Don't think so. Varys is seeking to destroy the Targaryens. He only used them to distract Robert and also to try and get the Dothraki to his side. All he wants from Dany is to get her dragons and army.

Respectfully disagree but we'll see, you could be right.
ETA: even if Varys is a Blackfyre, I think he would see a grudge against the Targs as extremely petty and beneath him. He is after something else. After all, the first Blackfyre was 100% Targaryen.

Personally I think that Varys will control the South and Littlefinger will control the North. The smallfolk will think that the war is finally finished with Cersei gone, and that Sansa will join with Aegon now that the Lannisters have fallen. But they will all be fearful of Dany coming across the sea with the Imp. When Dany lands in Westeros, she will literally not have a single ally, and they'll wish to destroy her. Tyrion will know that her only chance to conquer the realm is to save it from the Others.

Crackpot: Dany will have to leave Meereen close to the beginning of the novel. The city will be basically destroyed by her dragons, and with the help of Tyrion, she will be able to get them back under her control. As soon as she does, she will have to leave.
My theory is that the Free Cities will put their differences aside and ally themselves with New Ghis and Qarth in order to destroy Dany. For all they know and especially with dozens of Ironborn ships, they're next on Dany's tour, and they'll put together all their resources to make sure they don't turn into Meereen or Astapor. They will receive warning that hundreds and hundreds of ships will intercept them and destroy them around Valyria. With their doom pretty much inevitable, Tyrion will recommend that they instead sail through the Smoking Sea.
Despite much reluctance, they sail through the Smoking Sea being their only chance of survival. There Dany will find out something key about her Valyrian ancestors, and Tyrion will find out more about his uncle's fate and also find Brightroar. There will be a struggle within the Smoking Sea where they lose some ships, but as a whole they make it through and miss the Free Cities fleets.
