Friends,
I am delighted to inform you that after years on the back burner with my focus on other literary projects, I am quite far along in a book inspired by Tigerdroppings. My editor and I have struggled to compress the corpus to 500 pages, as we are around 1200 now. Our hope is to have it ready by Advent.
One thing I am struggling with is who will write the preface. Mother? Uncle? Or perhaps one of you talented writers, if you would like?

Friend, do you plan to narrate the Audiobook version? Would love to hear these stories in your own voice but if not I would like to recommend my good friend George Guidall. Really sad that Roy Dotrice passed away as I feel he would have been perfect for this endeavor.

That's a good book, but I don't get the reference. What is the relevance of that book to the OP?

Look y’all, it’s obvious he’s asking me if I would write the forward to his epic novel. He just has to be diplomatic about it and make y’all think y’all had a chance.

I’ll break out my Strunk & White and Roget’s Thesaurus.
Perhaps he will issue a pre-publication sample of his magnum opus with guidelines for its forward and pick from a list of invitees who respond.
