The only thing worse than than stadium is Fedex field.

Good, FedEx field is awful for DC residents. Only one damn Metro line that goes that way and it's about a mile walk from the Metro. I hope they tear down old RFK and build the new stadium in it's place, then gentrify the neighborhood like they did the Naval Yards when the Nats moved in.

The moat is a horrible, horrible idea. Drunks falling in and each bridge is a traffic bottleneck.
