Is it just me, or is this not exactly how most NFL players end up broke? I mean it is nice to take care of your mom, but one ACL issue and it all goes poof.

Stop being so damn jealous. The guy is showing love and responsibility. If you had the means, you would do it as well. The key is how he takes care of his investments and savings for retirement. Keep in mind, some athletes can live off their endorsements, as opposed to their salaries aka Marshawn Lynch, etc.

Are you not aware that real estate has historically been the best investment one can make? And I hope you aren't really saying a millionaire should not buy his mom a nonextravagent home and car. You people are something else.

If that happens, who cares? I would do the same thing for my mama. A lot of those players didn't have shite growing up and wanted to give the mom who raised them, a better life.
