Is it just me, or is this not exactly how most NFL players end up broke? I mean it is nice to take care of your mom, but one ACL issue and it all goes poof.

Stop being so damn jealous. The guy is showing love and responsibility. If you had the means, you would do it as well. The key is how he takes care of his investments and savings for retirement. Keep in mind, some athletes can live off their endorsements, as opposed to their salaries aka Marshawn Lynch, etc.
