He didn’t say he was broke. More like just the realization that $100 million is not really $100 million. It’s a tough reality when you’re young, a bit manic/crazy and actually faced with it.

Didn’t he go to Newman? He did not grow up destitute and should be better equipped to handle money than someone who grew up in Desire or Magnolia.

Before I die, he will come up to me on a street telling me his car ran out of gas and do I have $10 to give him to get home to his sick daughter in the hospital. It's gonna happen. Y'all know what I'm talking about.

Are you telling me this Isidore Newman School graduate is financially illiterate?

His mother told him to get a financial advisor. Shaq told him to do so. He refused because he didn't like the % of $ he was going to owe. I don't feel sorry for anyone who gets paid millions and has people close to him try to help him and then refuses that help. If regular joe's can make thousands and invest into their future then you can make millions and invest in your future and not be hurt. Jesus

What a completely idiotic thing to say. He makes more in a year than most of us make in our lifetimes.

Don’t forget he got around another 50-75 million from endorsements in that period.

Didn’t Joe burrow say his plan was to live off of endorsement money and just invest the nfl salary?

I love Odell, but he needs to stop talking..... Most people in this country could live comfortably off 1 mill

His only valid point in the discussion is pointing out the incredibly theft of government. The idea that government confiscates this much wealth should be the headline.

Exactly! We fought and won a revolution for mistreating us way less than they do today. We left this corrupt union for a way smaller jack-boot on our necks than the one we're under today.

They use media and schools to start the brainwashing at an early age to push the commie theory of "from each according to his ability, to each according to his needs", "pay your fair share", etc..

TEXIT...it's unfixable.

How fricking out of touch can you be. $60 million dollars for the rest of your life. Wow. Even if you don't invest or whatever. Live like a normal human, find a "job" that you truly are passionate about and don't have to worry about money, and you'll be the happiest human on earth.
