@HGG: Thanks for taking the time to reply. Streaking traditionally means running around with no clothes. The man was wearing shorts and a bathing suit sort of thing. I wanted to point out that he was not streaking but did not want readers to think I was disappointed that I didn’t get to see a naked man.
