Peyton seems like he would not do well with a micromanaging boss. JJ is the epitome of micromanager and needs a coach that is not bigger than he is. Can't see Peyton working with that.

Mike Detillier and Bobby said if he left, he'd do broadcasting. Said he'd make about the same, but less stress and not have to work as much. Then he could come back and coach again if he wants.
