NFL Team Was Denied Permission To Speak With Sean Payton
© Stephen Lew-USA TODAY Sports
According to Miami Dolphins insider Chris Kouffman of the Three Yards Per Carry podcast, the New Orleans Saints denied Miami the chance to interview former coach Sean Payton for a potential trade. This went down well before the lawsuit that Brian Flores filed against the Dolphins happened. Was this part of a plan to unite with Tom Brady in Miami? Hmm...

So the Saints said no to their request and Payton then decided to retire. Got yas! So there are multiple levels of tampering going on from Miami, including Brady and Payton.

Good luck to the team that gets Payton. Overrated hack. Mike McCarthy routinely gets killed for only winning one Super Bowl with Aaron Rodgers. Payton did the same thing with Brees and only got to one other NFC title game. Payton is the same guy as McCarthy, and maybe not as good.

He got to two other NFC Championship Games -- one against the Bears in Chicago and one against the Rams with the worst non-call in the history of sports.

Payton/Brady in Miami in 2023. Book it. Hope Miami is ready to part with their very high 1st next year.

Right….. I’m sure that’s what was planned. And they would’ve gotten away with it too if it wasn’t for those darn kids.

Sounds like Brady really wants to play for Payton. Saints missed a great opportunity.

That would have been great for us. Out of the NFC for both Payton and Brady

And that theory makes 10x more sense than one of the most meticulous strategists of all time "accidentally" texting the wrong guy.
