I don't know at what point this track athlete from Manhattan thought running a race blindfolded would prove anything, but he did it and lost. I'm sure his coaches loved this...

He probably does the blind fold thing to help him "mentally" run the race. Like blinders on a horse.

While I do not care for this kid, you got to give it to him for finishing 2nd! He wasn't beating the guy in 1st, blindfold or not.
