Every athlete sues the NCAA. A list of attorneys should be provided to all players in their orientation package when they arrive on campus.

Pretty much the argument that all of these athletes have been using to dismantle the NCAA structure. Some pretzel logic argument that this rule violates anti-trust laws. Won't work because the rule primarily functions to preserve the integrity of the competition. The fact that it might prohibit people with a gambling addiction from earning a living is secondary to preserving the product.

When you put NFL l, NHL and MLB in Las Vegas. Make your own judgements about all these gambling issues that have been happening. It basically says its Okay to place a bet while you are playing.
