A lot of coaches and programs aren't happy with the long-term effect of NIL deals in college sports. It's definitely has changed the landscape and approaching to sports, especially recruiting. So since it has has gone into effect, how many violations have been reported?... Interesting. Knowing how recruitment works, reporting violations isn't really a thing either way.

Because it is so vague as to what can or cannot be done, there is no way to enforce it

Actually there has always been rules & regs associated w/NIL. Most Universities just assumed they knew what was OK & started acting like the Wild Wild Fukn West!
