He purchased a home in Brentwood, then purchased the home next door to either tear it down or make major renovations to it to make it a "guest home". His kids were already setup in an exclusive school in the area. Lebron to the Lakers was a done deal to many except the Cavs owner. Yeah Lebron never was one to do things the right way.
