Employees of other businesses don't go to strip clubs? That's weird. But more to your point, every employee at every job acts in a way that is dictated by the market for their respective skills. The market says he can do this because his talent level is uncommon and highly in demand (anyone disputing that last bit is an idiot). That's true outside of sports -- higher ups don't act the same way that employees further down the ladder do. You'll get a raise at burger King one day and see what this is all about.
