Really, this is what it has come down to. You have to worship these kids from the ninth grade on. Kids grown and develop a lot from the ninth grade to a junior. How do the coaches even know who is going to be good at that point? And does that relationship maybe mean a little money changing hands from time to time?

If he wasn't recruited until his junior year, then that's the fault of the Recruiting Coordinator. RC has to be on top of things and make sure the assistant coaches are recruiting all the top prospects early on.
