LSU defensive lineman Rashard Lawrence missed all of spring football after undergoing offseason knee surgery but is expected to be ready for fall camp in August.

This week, Lawerence posted a video on his Instagram account of him running on an anti-gravity treadmill with a positive message.

I didn't realize that he has such a low body fat percentage. He looks like a beast and I bet he's strong as an ox. I really hope he has a healthy year, which would be his first. He's all American talent.
