Finley has the body of a a Clydesdale. My gosh those are tree trunks for legs.

The boy is flabby and looks soft.
That is the truth.

Rob62. Flabby? Soft? Couldn’t use inaccurate from that video, huh?

rob62 - You be tripping, brah! Nothing flabby about that young kid, he's a solid oak tree body type of kid that I would hate to hit as a smaller defender. It will be hard for smaller DB's coming in on blitz's to bring down that kid, he's just a tall, solid built stud. Despite early criticism his passes were on the money in that video. It's too early for the criticism because he's a true frosh that just has a lot to learn, an that's what he's doing right now.

Finley needs to drop some lbs

Exactly. Wobbly passes and looks like it will take some time to get him ready for SEC competition. Not really what I expected after hearing some rave reviews. Not that impressed.

Rob62 you seem to be on a mission against Finley. How do you describe Johnson’s passes? Were they in some way superior to Finley’s in your mind.

What are your thoughts on. Williams and Nussmeier?

Justustm2, no I am not on a "mission" against any LSU player. However, I see what I see and all the rave reviews for Finley which I read and heard do not match what I see. Finley appears to throw a wobbly ball. If you want to pump the kid up then go ahead.

TJ looks ready, throwing the ball. Max has crazy-accuracy, needs to work out that hitch in his motion.

TJ looks like a project.

Both need time learning under Brennan, who learned from the GOAT.

Hopefully Burrow will come back and give them some pointers

Max has a slow release. He makes a full circle with his throwing motion. He and TJ should make for good competition between the two of them and Parrish.

Both look good. Finley is bigger. Johnson has a high release.

Max needs to work on his throwing motion. Tj Looks good definitely needs the coaching.

Kol Taylor is giant! Gilbert and Taylor lethal in short down, red zone, and goal line.

anyone that thinks Brennan looks any level of better than these guys needs a sanity check. TJ tosses ducks and Max throws a ball that looks like it's coming from someone too tall.

that said, gimme TJ

I think it's quite ignorant from any real Tiger fan to suggest learning "under" Brennan

Brennan is far ahead of any other QB at LSU. He has a strong arm and is accurate. Why some you dislike him I cannot understand. Brennan will be a very good QB at LSU.

Max’s footwork surprises me. I’m sure he will be good, just thought dad would have worked him hard on it and he’d be more along with it.
