It's very possible LSU staff "asked" him to remove it for that reason. Les also seems to want to keep the details of the scrimmages and non-media practice to a minimum.

That said, he bounced it outside when his hole clogged up and broke at least four tackles on the way to the zone. ~ a 20 yarder if I remember correctly.
