Because they feel like Texas will be # in the Big 12. Although Texas has 2 loses and if they have a rematch with OU and lose again they will have at least 3 loses so right now we could play Baylor if we end up in the Sugar.

It would be a repeat of last year if so IMO. LSU is down because they did t make the playoffs. Texas is excited to be there.
