ESPN NFL Draft analyst Todd McShay joined The Paul Finebaum Show Wednesday and talked about LSU running back Leonard Fournette and the new attention he has been receiving as a future NFL prospect.

McShay said that it is great that Fournette has to come back for another year and believes "he will be one of the most elite running backs we've ever seen in the NFL draft"

Crazy as it sounds, he probably does have room to get better. When he's in the NFL and has nothing better to do all day than work out and practice, we'll see him at his absolute best. I might have to start watching NFL football again.

Why are people getting upset by someone's off the cuff comment about a scenario that will not happen?

How much more could he possibly physically develop? That's absurd.

This dude has been physically mature since he was 16. I think only his neck can get any bigger...

Needs another year to develop physically? If that's true, I feel sorry for teams facing him next year.

I heard Mike Ditka wants back in coaching so he can trade three years of draft picks away for Fournett.
