Ryan Nanni (@celebrityhottub): “Here’s the secret: Florida’s intentionally skipping the rest of their games and then how can the committee leave out a 1 loss SEC team.”

Roster attrition due to injuries and schedule is always a factor for big I-formation SEC teams, especially on the O-line and for the O side of the ball. It is far too early to tell if either 2-loss LSU or 1-loss FLA end up in divisional contention. If so the game will have to be played, regardless of cost to the SEC. Until then we have 1 less hard-hitting game before ALA, OM, ARK, TAMU and they have 1 more. The cost and contingencies are summarized well in this article: LINK

If he had done his job the game would have been played this past Sat. or Sun. But he didn't do his job. He knew Fla. didn't want to play the game and allowed them to delay, delay until it couldn't be played. Example NC State-ND. Gainesville was forecasted to get maybe an inch of rain or less and maybe 25 to 30 mile wind gust. Players need to be with their families is pure B.S. They were much safer in Gainesville than in their hometowns. The volleyball team traveled so the football team could have traveled. The game could have been moved to Tallahassee (FSU played in Miami), or possibly the GA. Dome. and definitely in Gainesville Sat. or Sun. The commissioner and Fla chose not ot have that happen. Dennis Dodd is a joke for his article.

All of a sudden Sanky thinks we should come together. Where was he last week? He was missing in action and now he wants everyone to play nice while he got played by Florida and Foley. Screw him. Resign you lame arse POS. Bring back Slive. Slive has the balls to step in and make a decision. Sanky is an embarrassement as a replacement for Slive. We've gone from the best commissioner in college athletics to the worst, weakest excuse in the country.

Sanky is a pieice of shite. He should have and could have stepped in and made it happen Saturday, Sunday or Monday. We owe this conference, Sanky and Florida nothing. No way LSU should give up a home game to accomodate their asses. If Alleva caves on this he should be run out of town even more so. Florida did everything possible to not play the game because of injuries. Their lame arse head coach saw the writing on the wall. We don't give up a home game check plus pay off South Alabama to play accomodate and reward Florida. Screw the conference. We don't need to put ourselves in a position to play Bama, Arkansas, Florida and then A&M 5 days later. F Florida, F Sanky F the SEC.

Chicken U will not play this game. LSU could commit to playing only the band and U chicken would not consent to play. This a done deal, from here on out there will be only talk and no action.

Stankey needs to step down. His inability to maneuver a late season hurricane that caused minimal damage has shown that he is not capable of the conflict resolution needed to head one of the toughest conferences in the country. He is a coward and probably only promoted because people can control him easily. He is the scum of the earth.

Play Monday or Tuesday. They're making this more complicated than it needs to be

Being LSU exhausted all efforts in trying to play this game and the SEC (Sankey) screwed up by allowing this situation, the logical thing to do is for the SEC to call a forfeit by UF. UF caused this entire problem and should suffer the outcome.

Now that Tennessee lost, and almost surely will lose to bama, there is absolutely zero incentive for Florida to play this game.

So UF insists all week that the game will be in Gainesville. The option to come to BR is turned down by UF. The option to play at a neutral site is turned down by UF. The offer to play Sunday is turned down by UF. The offer to play Monday is turned down by UF. Then UF cancels the game. Now this genius of a Commisioner wants to lead everyone to a happy ending? Where has this moron been for the last week? WTF has this idiot been doing? If a team/AD turns down every attempt to play the damn game and then cancels the game then it is a forfeit situation plain and simple. Screw em.
