Be a real leader and grab all the DL guys and y'all all work this offseason. Eat right, push/pull sleds, push/pull cars and stay in the heat as much as possible and hit that weight room twice a day. Y'all bring the OL with you and create a competition between the two groups to see who will be the more dominant group in 2019. The stage will be set for a real run in 2019 and if y'all want to be the red team then you will have to all work harder than they do. You have to set your own standards and raise the bar. Can't simply talk about it, live it.

He has improved as a player and will be an important contributor next season as we build DL depth.
