Many of the higher profile athletes are hiring NIL agents, who are communicating frequently with other schools / suitors on their behalf. Not to say there isn’t direct communication but this is definitely one avenue to exploring other options. ...

This is basically describing Oklahoma State’s approach. Never a top 30 class, but a ton of program guys who will stick around for four years, grind it out, and represent the program well.
