There were many members of the media that were not happy when LSU head coach Ed Orgeron announced that fall practice would be closed to the media.

ESPN's Paul Finebaum appeared on Sirius XM College Sports Nation this week and called Orgeron "paranoid" for not allowing media access to practice.

Finebaum also added that it reminded him of Orgeron's days at Ole Miss...

Its not Fineboobs fault he has the platform that he has... We should be mad at ESPN for giving him a show. How can someone with such a prejudice for bama have a national show?! ... Oh wait, its ESPN. Finebarf has been spouting the same nonsense bs from the beginning of time, but when it was his little radio show, nobody other than bama fans listened. Now we all have to hear about his crap.

Screw Finebaum! This guy is a blowhard! I think O and Canada are being very smart. Installing a new, complicated offense requires total commitment and concentration by the entire team and coaching staff. Reporters would just bring unwanted confusion. Plus, why tip your hand to the teams we will be playing. They'll know soon enough!

Old school black helicopter stuff. Screw Bama and those reporting to them on what we're doing.

Doesn't Bama only give 15 minutes to the media before practice?

Why does Finebaums opinion matter? I don't think anyone outside of Alabama takes him serious. He is a clown

If it was Bama, Finebum would be blubbering about what a genius move by Saban. National media thinks Finebum is so all knowing. What a bunch of tools.

Finebum always something negative to say unless its regarding Bama. Even when Saban chewed him a new arse hole on live tv and after the cameras stopped rollinghe still the first one there when Saban needs a blowjob.

Paul making something out of nothing, derogatory insinuations towards a rival of his crimson tide no less. Shocked I tell you.

To me, it shows paranoia and the old Paul Finebaum I thought he left behind after he realized Les was no longer a threat

I want to say something bad about Paul, but he'd probably hear me with those giant satellite dishes on his head.

It sucks that the best SEC commentator they could find was a skinny, middle aged, mono toned, dick-headed, shitbird. Other programs from across the country are doing the same thing, and O has already said that the media ban would only last a short while, during which Canada would finish installing the new offense. If he thinks letting the media in gives opponents even the chance at an advantage, I'm glad he's following his gut and keeping them out.
