Former LSU and current Arizona Cardinals Pro Bowl cornerback Patrick Peterson has been suspended for the first six games of the 2019 regular season due to a violation of the NFL's performance-enhancing drug policy.

Peterson is not expected to appeal the violation. He will be able to return Sunday, October 20th vs. New York Giants.

His return in October is just a couple weeks before the NFL trade deadline. Peterson reportedly wanted to be traded last season and the Cardinals selected two defensive back in the 2019 Draft.

He needs to talk to Bama’s PED coordinators and figure out how not to get caught.

Blanky: How can a pro guy failing PED test make the HoF? I've heard for years now that Bonds, Sosa, Clemens and other legends can't be voted in by the pathetic media because they cheated.

He's lucky, now he only has to play 12 games for the Cardinals next year. Peterson was a great Tiger. Not trashing him now. He has a lot of good years ahead of him.

He's getting old. Feeling the pinch and looking to extent his career as long as possible.

I wonder if Viagara will now list '6 game suspension' as a known side effect.

They should've made him play with the Cardinals for 6 games instead.
