Yeah I don't rememeber our CB depth being ever this thin in quite some time. Let's hope there's no injury to either starting CB

Fehoko is a depth player. Thankful for his efforts last season, but glad to see he’s 2nd string. That means the Dline is taking a step forward

Yep, u don't know what u have until u r battle tested in real games...the Similac experience is concerning.

Hope Cush stays healthy all season. Huge role for a freshman to take over at center if Cush goes down.

I think Hines or Lewis will slide over if needed.

Front seven is LOADED. Surprised John Emery is in third string rotation, where is Dee Anderson?

Dee is in the doghouse.

i think it's a seniority thing, once he balls out during the season he will receive the starting role

I read it as Clyde is 1st then everyone else tied for 2nd string (LF or CC or freshman). I definitely could be wrong though.

Is Eric Monroe still on the team?

Let's hope they bring the other attributes to go along with it...it means nothing if u don't have that dawg or athleticism in ya..

The new corners must be pretty good of Vincent is playing safety.

I suspect there will be lots of different formations...this will be contingent of who gets to start...different starters in different games based on formations.

No Maurice Hampton, Marcel Brooks, Cam Lewis, Justin Thomas, or Travez Moore listed.

What we see is basically the least amount of information that LSU has to give away. This is only for the base 3-4 formation, so not everything is being shown here. For example, everybody knows Kary Vincent will be starting Nickel, and it turns out that Cam Lewis is going to back him up. Marcel Brooks is expected to back up JaCoby Stevens when they run the Quarters (Dime) formation.

I look at this depth chart for the secondary and just think how stupid Kelvin Joseph is

Probably expected to have that starting spot locked up and feels slighted because of it. Also with who we have no and Elias Ricks coming in next year, there was no guarantee he'd start next year either. He knew he'd catch heat, but he also knew that staying or leaving was a huge gamble to his draft status for the NFL. If you stay, LSU brings in talent at CB like none other (maybe Ohio St). If you leave and don't show out enough, you could have wasted your chance on getting any real big money.

Was expecting Emery to be 2nd on depth chart. Hope to see hi get some carries. Man, that oline, wth?!?! If these dudes can't grade some roads, IDK what to say except get another Oline coach. Just hope they still have good agility with all that size.

I’d like to see Avery Atkins light somebody up on kickoffs. His HS film is awesome to watch....he played lots of defense.

Look at all the FR at CB. Normally that's a concern but you know that's just showing those guys can ball if they pushed someone like Vincent to play S and Joseph to transfer.
