Latest NFL Mock Draft From CBS Has Three Tigers Going In The First-Round

Chris Trapasso with CBS Sports is projecting that three LSU Tigers will be selected in the first round of 2020 NFL Draft. Those three are quarterback Joe Burrow, edge rusher K'Lavon Chaisson, and safety Grant Delpit.

Here's what he had to say:

1. CINCINNATI BENGALS (2-14)
Joe Burrow, QB, LSU: A few recent quotes from Burrow have allowed some to speculate that the reigning Heisman winner will spurn Cincinnati. I highly doubt that happens.

18. MIAMI DOLPHINS (5-11)
K'Lavon Chaisson, EDGE, LSU: Understanding the depth of the offensive tackle class, the Dolphins go edge rusher here with Chaisson, an explosive, polished defender around the corner.

23. NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS (12-4)
Grant Delpit, S, LSU: Given the age of the Patriots starting safeties, and the fact that Devin McCourty is set to become a free agent this March, Bill Belichick goes with Delpit, a tall, athletic, versatile safety with better play-making skill in coverage than against the run.

The 2020 NFL Draft will begin Thursday, April 23 in Las Vegas, Nevada and wrap up on Saturday, April 25.

I really hope Jefferson falls to the Saints and they have the common sense to take him! He knows the system and exelled in it! Sean Payton needs to get over his allergies against LSU!

This is the 3rd mock I’ve seen this week that has left Fulton out of the first. I wonder why. Not that it matters. The combine is coming up and if he runs well, he be back in all of them.

Yeah im thinking Fulton and chaisson are both behind delpit and burrow and I think LSU is going to have a good shot for 4 in first round with Jefferson possibly having a shot to making it 5.
