It has been reported that LSU redshirt freshman cornerback Wallace Foster IV will enter the transfer portal after two seasons in Baton Rouge.

The former three-star prospect from Warren Easton High School in New Orleans has appeared in just three games over the last two seasons, registering one tackle.

Foster is the second LSU cornerback to enter the transfer portal on Monday, joining Ashton Stamps, who announced his intentions to depart the program earlier in the day.

This is the transfer portal working in the right way. I legitimate reason to transfer.

It makes sense. If you can't consistently start at LSU it means you can start everywhere else.

What are you talking about?? The young man most likely chased his dream of playing in the secondary for LSU. It didn’t work out and he clearly wants to play. This is EXACTLY what the transfer portal was for. To give these college kids a second chance and fresh start.
