During Wednesday's media session, head coach Ed Orgeron revealed that if the Tigers had to play today, sophomore defensive back Kary Vincent Jr. would start at cornerback opposite of Greedy Williams.

Vincent appeared in 11 games a true freshman last season with 3 starts. He recorded 9 total tackles and got his first career interception vs. Chattanooga.

He was a 4.38 kid in high school. I bet he is a little quicker now, with the S&C program.

He will be fine there but I would have hoped that we had a good enough corner to play opposite of Greedy so that he could play nickel.
