Former Louisiana Lafayette offensive coordinator Jorge Munoz will be joining LSU's support staff as an offensive analyst, according to FootballScoop:

LSU: Source tells FootballScoop former Louisiana Lafayette offensive coordinator Jorge Munoz is joining the LSU staff as an offensive analyst. Munoz, who served as an assistant at ULL from 2008-17, split his ten seasons at ULL coaching receivers and quarterbacks, holding pass game coordinator much of his tenure and offensive coordinator title the 2016 season.
Munoz was reportedly spotted at LSU during Citrus Bowl practices in December. In his new role as an analyst, Munoz cannot interact with the players but can help the coaching staff and work on game-planning. Per The Advocate:

Munoz was spotted in December at LSU bowl practices. Coach Ed Orgeron continues to fill out his support staff with the addition of Munoz and, last week, Kevin Faulk. Support staff members do not have the freedom to work with players on the field like the 10 full-time assistants. They are mostly behind the scenes, working on game-planning and instructing the on-field coaches.

Munoz is probably most known for installing the offensive attack at UL-Lafayette in 2008 that shattered school records for total offense (5,390 yards) and touchdowns (54). Hudspeth kept him on staff upon taking over in 2011.

“Fans” melting over shadow staff is so ignorant. Welcome Coach Munoz. As you can tell, we need a little help with our passing game.
