LSU head coach Ed Orgeron said that star running back Derrius Guice will be out for a couple of days as he recovers from a minor injury.

Guice suffered the injury during LSU recent scrimmage last Saturday and was not at practice on Monday or Tuesday.

Later on Tuesday night it was revealed by a twitter post from freshman running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire that Guice had his wisdom teeth removed.

It is unknown as to whether or not Guice is dealing with football injury or just needed time off to have his wisdom teeth pulled.

Thank goodness his wisdom teeth are gone. Very useless teeth in the mouth that serves very little function. Should of had them taken out during the summer, dammit! Who's LSU's team dentist and why didn't s/he recommend them out BEFORE fall practice starts?

Guice > Fournette

That's not necessary. Fournette was a great player, represented LSU well, and was a team player.

Its his wisdom teeth ... nothing more. He has to take a few days to recover from the procedure. Dont know why O lied and said he was nicked from scrimmage.

Maybe he was nicked. Doesn't mean coach O lied.
