LSU (9-2, 5-2 SEC) remains at No. 7 in the latest College Football Playoff rankings after last week's win over Rice.

The Tigers will face No. 22 Texas A&M (7-4) in the season finale this Saturday.

LSU really needed Maryland to hold on last week then best Michigan because that would have knocked out the Big Ten. I can see Wazzu losing to Washington. What I can’t see is Bama, Clemson, or ND losing.

4 loses to OSU and OSU wins B10CG vs Northwestern they go above us, if the above happens and OU wins out OU goes with OSU 5 and LSU 6, if Wazzu wins out then they may jump us with the P12CG leaving us at 7
