Take the 6ft 3 guys playing receiver that can't catch and make them secondary players.

I don't understand y'all's lack of understanding. Harris is committed to getting his shite together but is not ready for a full time role just yet. SSheeeesh!

Not that hard guys...Harris is not there playing wise but is committed to the process that the staff has in place.

Y’all told me yesterday that he was a game changer. Somehow on Sunday, he’s not quite ready-lol!

Well he hasn't played in like a year so maybe give it some time?

Whatever...he looked awful. Toasted by one star/no star Grambling players.

Sounds like DH is onboard now and just has to prove it (stay clean, show up on time, etc)

Sounds like he's making an effort to change his behavior but still has some things to work on. You don't go from being a shite-bag to a saint overnight. I can tell you this from experience.

Why is this hard? You have kid, the kid has screwed up in the past, he knows he has to fix things and get better, he may not have been taught the skills to get better, but he is learning them.
