Not surprised at this kid's attitude. He pissed away a whole summer of work as well as half of last season. He's a 3rd rounder at best....

Bad thing is, someone acting as a mentor probably advised him to tweet this shite. He really needs someone to steer him through this critical time in his life. Who in his right mind would think it is a good idea to tweet out what amounts to a threat to the damn NFL executives at this point in time. the whole thing just screams out to the world that he is high maintenance and has poor judgment. I really do hope he has a successful career, but this kind of stupid shite just frustrates me.

Certainly cant be a good message to the nfl to leave early and not get better and then run the 40 at 4.9 secs

He shouldn't have tweeted that, we all agree. But I do hope the kid makes a roster.

At the very time that he needs to be projecting a positive attitude and image this was not something that helps him at all. In fact, this was a step in the wrong direction. Something along the lines of, "I have made some mistakes and had some bad judgement, but I have learned my lesson and I realize that I will have to stay on track and work harder than I have ever worked to become the professional NFL player that I know that I can be." would have been the right sort of thing to say. What he said...............well, not so good.
