Following Daylon Charlot's visit to LSU this past weekend, the four-star wide receiver prospect from Patterson, LA (Patterson HS) told LSU head coach Les Miles that he was de-committing from Alabama. Per Jimmy Smith with Nola.com:
quote:

"I told Coach (Les) Miles that I was decommitting from Alabama when we sat to talk today," an excited Charlot said. "He was excited, very excited. He said they need me really bad. "I got home late so I plan on calling Coach (Billy) Napier at Alabama in the morning to let him know. I think they may even be coming by on Monday, really."
Charlot is rated as the 5th best player in the State of Louisiana and the 19th best wide receiver in the country.

Here is video highlights from Charlot's Senior year:

They come because NFL teams aren't dumb and don't just draft the WR who had the highest yards receiving that year.

Y'all are leaving out Wright with the Bengals. Guy barely saw the field at LSU but is solid contributor with the Bengals

Yeah let's discourage great players from coming to LSU. It has really hurt OB Jr, Jarvis, Randle, and Lafell.
